"Vous" could mean you are talking to someone formally or you could be talking to more than one person while "tu" is when you are talking to one person only and informally.
<u>Est-ce que tu joues au foot?</u> All you have to do is <em>put "Est-ce que" in front of your statement to make it a question</em>. You can make <u>any</u> statement a question but raising to pitch of your voice at the end of <u>any</u> sentence to make it a question.
"Rewrite the following sentences putting the words in the plural 1. I owed money 2. I received a postcard 3. you drank wine 4. you received the letter 5. he disappointed the teacher 6. she received some silver"
If you don't know what it says, it says "what river flows into the English channel" and the river that flows through the English Channel is the Seine River
