When you say community development, it refers tor process that is being done or implemented by a certain community group. They come together and generate ideas that are helpful to the community.
When you say community organization, they are the people that unites to be able to create a development within their community.

But you do have to remember that less than 1% of bacteria can invade our body (the host) and make us ill. So even if it is 1%, that's still 1% that can harm you.
