The earliest works of history also incorporated mythology. Nowadays, works of history as basically factual reports, while the Odyssey is a very long story about a sailor who has been trying to go back home for decades. He fights cyclopes and meets many other mythical creatures on his way. Throughout his Journey, his fate is mostly guided by the actions of the gods.

It is the basic gest of why we separate a lot of things so that everyone has equality and all power is not going to one person or group who does things in favor of another person or group. The power was then distributed so each branch could help keep the other branch from becoming power hungry and unsociable power feigns.
