\frac{x^2}{6}=w-y\\
x^2=6(w-y)\\
x=\sqrt{6(w-y)} \vee x=-\sqrt{6(w-y)}

Well you multiply it by 6 so it moves side.

Then square root is so it is just x by it side.

SO the answer is...

x = *square root* 6(w-y)

Answer:

r^{6}

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the rule of exponents

\frac{a^{m} }{a^{n} } = a^{(m-n)} , then

\frac{r^{9} }{r^{3} } = r^{(9-3)} = r^{6}

Cody and Jordan were selling Flamin' Hot Cheetos to raise money for the Tornados. Cody sold 5 bags of Cheetos for every 3 bags J
andrew11 [14]

They sold 160 and for each 5 bags sold by one 3 bags are sold by another 3+5=8.

160/8=20.

Now Since Cody Sold 5 Bags for every 3 bags for Jordan

5x20=100

3x20=60

Cody Sold 100 and Jordan Sold 60

A set of data points has a line of best fit of y = –0.2x + 1.9. What is the residual for the point (5, 1)?
alisha [4.7K]
<span>A. 0.1
    The residual is the difference between the observed value and the predicted value for a data point. You obtain it by subtracting the predicted value from the observed value. So the predicted value is: y = -0.2x + 1.9 y = -0.2*5 + 1.9 y = -1 + 1.9 y = 0.9 Therefore the residual is: r = 1 - 0.9 r = 0.1 And the value of 0.1 matches option "A".</span>
