He made several trips to North and South America in 1492<span>, </span>1493,1498 and 1502.In 1492 landed in the <span> Caribbean but mistook it for India, where he had wanted to sail. He also went to many islands in the West Indies. In 1493 and 1498 discovered South America and explored many of the islands and coasts there. He explored much of the Caribbean in his life.</span>
In his 2008 article for the New York Times, James Gleick talks about "the gloom that has fallen over the book-publishing industry" to describe the the negative impact of digitalizing books in the book-publishing industry.
In this article he describes the already decline in paper-books sales due to the rise of digital platforms such as Kindle, epub, etc, and how the future of book-publishers looked grimer because of an agreement between authors, publishers and Google to allow the scanning and digitalizing of books to make them accesible in website and digital platforms.
This agreement would be dramatic for the sectors of the book-publishing industry dealing with marketing, archiving and distributing physical paper books.

This quote explains that Europeans believed that the life of Native Americans is very high demanding in men but has noble and upright morals. They also observed that Native Americans have very high expectations for the men.
"Pleasant of air and sight," The Europeans believed that they had a good culture (or civilization) and field for crops.
It limited a President to two terms.
