1. Coherence (6.10) Coherence is the ability of being stick to the logic when writing an essay. It is useful to have such a quality as it makes the aim of your writing be clear and understandable. It is important to pay attention to this when revising your writing because it keeps your essay in needed condition, without extra information that does not fits the topic.
2. Conventions (6.10) Conventions are common rules for writing that are considered to be essential to follow in order to create well-organized writing. It is better to pay attention to conventions when revising your writing because they contain established patterns of sentence formation so they make the writing easier to read. 3. Style of an Argument (6.10) Style of an Argument is the way how the main problem of writing is delivered and exposed in the text. Depending on the question which has to be raised in the text, you have to determine to what style it is better to appeal. You should pay attention to this when revising your writing as the reason with your writing must logically coincide with its audience and usage area.(6.07)4. Interrogative Mood (5.08/6.07)Interrogative mood in writing is rising a question by directly naming it. Putting a question in the essay is a direct appeal to the readers that makes them be closer to the topic. Here is an example of Interrogative mood : Do most people think this candidate will win the election?5. Indicative Mood (5.08/6.07) Indicative mood represents something actual, that takes place in reality at the moment of speaking. I t simply states the real or common fact happening at the present time and this fact can be both taken as a basis for an essay or used as a topic sentence. Here is an example of indicative mood : Nowadays young people become more and more addicted to computer games.
6. Imperative Mood (5.08/6.07) Imperative mood in writing usually expresses command and brings persuasive sense. It does not put a question or request, it contains a direct command that tells you what you have to do. Here is an example of imperative mood: Give me this newspaper.
7. The mood which is most used in writing is definitely indicative one as it states actual facts that can be a good base for writing a text. It also can express the possibility of something so its usage shows that this mood is the most suitable for writing an essay.8. Your Mom asks you to take out the trash. Write a sentence making this statement in all 3 types of Moods. Interrogative example must contain a question, so just make it out of statement: Did your mom ask you to take out the trash?Indicative is needed to simply state the fact so the given sentence is okay.Since imperative contains a command, the example should be built like this: Go and take out the trash. 9. Subjunctive Mood (5.08/6.07)Subjunctive mood is the opposite to reality as it states a wish or a hypothetical. This mood is uncertain and if used in writing it usually expresses suggestions or supposition towards particular topic. Here is an example of subjunctive mood: If I were a bird, I would fly away from here.10. Conditional Mood (6.07) Conditional mood expresses something that is about to happen due to some circumstances. It means that there is a possibility for a situation to take place but it can only happen under a certain condition. For example: She would look prettier with this haircut.11. How can you tell the difference between the SUBJUNCTIVE MOOD and the CONDITIONAL MOOD (6.07)? The conditional mood expresses something that can happen whereas the subjunctive mood is rather hypothetical. The first mood explores possibly real situations (depending of a certain condition or circumstance) and the second mood explores imagery situations.12. The sentence ‘If I were a lucky person, I would go buy a lottery ticket’ is an example of SUBJECTIVE MOOD because it represents a wish which shows that this situation is contrary to reality. Keep in mind that subjective mood are often used to express something hypothetical.
13. ‘If I fail to study for my Language Arts Segment exam, then I have a good chance of failing it’ is an example of CONDITIONAL MOOD as it contains a clear condition under which some bad consequences might take place.14. ‘If I were smart, I would study’ is also an example of CONDITIONAL MOOD because it represents a situation that can happen due to some circumstances which are clearly stated in the first part of the sentence.15. ‘My friend wished I were there to hear her solo’ is an example of SUBJECTIVE MOOD because the situation is totally imagery and there is no possibility for it to happen, at least because of the tense used in the sentence.

Do we rely on technology to much?
BARSIC [14]

Answer:

Today, individuals in particular and society in general are enormously dependent on technology. That is to say, the human being has generated a dependency on all the technological tools available, in such a way that if they were missing, their daily organization would be altered in a transcendent way: today it is practically impossible to carry out a normal life without a car, internet or cell phone. Even minor issues are also demonstrative: practically nobody can explore an unknown place without a GPS, and even almost nobody makes their purchases without having first checked the Amazon or Alibaba web pages to compare prices before going to the store. In this way, it is evident how technology has broken into our lives, making us largely dependent on its advances.

What is the chronological order of pastoral poets? Shakespeare, Virgil, Hesiod, Marlowe, and Dante,
Helga [31]

1) Hesiod (750 BC)

2) Virgil (70 BC - 19 BC)

3) Dante Alighieri (1265 AD - 1321 AD)

4) Christopher Marlowe (1564 AD - 1593 AD)

5) William Shakespeare (1564 AD - 1616 AD)

Although Shakespeare and Marlowe were born in the same year, Marlowe died first and Shakespeare continued his literature production. Some think that Marlowe faked his death and changed his name to Shakespeare.

Pastoral poetry is characterized by idealizing rural life and landscapes, it presents society of shepard untied to concerns of city life.
