Interrogative example must contain a question, so just make it out of statement: Did your mom ask you to take out the trash?Indicative is needed to simply state the fact so the given sentence is okay.Since imperative contains a command, the example should be built like this: Go and take out the trash. 9. Keep in mind that subjective mood are often used to express something hypothetical.
13. ‘If I fail to study for my Language Arts Segment exam, then I have a good chance of failing it’ is an example of CONDITIONAL MOOD as it contains a clear condition under which some bad consequences might take place.14. ‘If I were smart, I would study’ is also an example of CONDITIONAL MOOD because it represents a situation that can happen due to some circumstances which are clearly stated in the first part of the sentence.15. ‘My friend wished I were there to hear her solo’ is an example of SUBJECTIVE MOOD because the situation is totally imagery and there is no possibility for it to happen, at least because of the tense used in the sentence.
