In the United States, the 1920s were known as the "Roaring Twenties" because the stock market was at an absolute high and the economic future seemed very bright. This of course was not the case.

Was Italy prepared to fight World War II? Explain.
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

No

Explanation:

Italy entered the World War II with very high ambitions of territorial expansion, but the big problem was that the country was not prepared for such a thing. The professional army of Italy was small and weak, and in order to boost the military power, Mussolini mobilized ordinary people, most of which had no experience whatsoever. On top of that, the military training was on a very low level, and the equipment available was also on a very low level. Because of this, Italy was not able to achieve anything it wanted, and even the battles with the Greeks turned out to be too much for them, and Germany had to intervene. The weakness of Italy actually helped the Allies a lot, as Germany had to assist it constantly, so ts military was much more dispersed.

The states General was first established in  1302. It was a form of legislative assembly where the government gathered a group of people from different classes in order to talk about policies.
