The answer is the Blanket Primary of California. They say that this is unconstitutional because it prohibits the Freedom of Association. Meaning, it does not recognize whether a voter wants to get out or enter the association which is the First Amendment

pav-90 [236]

Answer:

Sexual Harassment

Explanation:

There are still a lot of people in doubt about what is harassment and what is flirting, completely different things. Flirting, through affectionate nicknames like "sweetie" and "honey," doesn't have to end, it's true, but it's time for everyone to understand when the boundaries are being breached.

Everything that makes a person embarrassed can be widely considered harassment. Any interaction without consent that has libidinous ends can be considered a type of sexual violence. With this, we can conclude that Patricia is facing a sexual harassment situation, as she has repeatedly asked David to stop calling her "sweetie" and "honey," because she is embarrassed and demoralized, but David keeps calling Patricia like that.

By law, the crime of harassment only applies when there is a hierarchical relationship, as in schools and at work, and when embarrassment is reiterated.
