Use pythagorean theoram(idk the spelling). Basically a^2+b^=c^2 where a and b are the legs of the triangle and c is the hypotenuse. so if we solve it we get 6^2 + (7/4)^2 = c^2

36  + 3.0625 = c^2

39.0625 = c ^2

then you square root both sides which gives you

6.25 = c

which in fraction form is 6 and a 1/4
