A criminal justice administrator is the one who participates in the process by which the legal system of a government is executed. It does not involve, in a direct way, working with criminals or working with the victims of crimes. They have to do with the impact of current events and practices of the legal field today.
Because the independent nations had different policies which made it harder for the british to support the other people of the democracy. They were more "challnged".
