I think the answer is y = 2x + 1 from the formula y = mx+b when x = 0, y = 1

y = 2(0) + 1 = 1
y = 2(1) + 1 = 2+1 = 3
y = 2(2) + 1 = 4+1 = 5

etc.

By looking at the table the slope is clear, for every increase by one in x, there is an increase in y by two, so the slope is 2.  m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1),  "change in y divided by change in x".  In this case (9-7)/(4-3)=2/1=2.

In slope-intercept form, y=mx+b, m=slope and b=y-intercept (the value of y when x=0).  We can also see that y=1 when x=0, this will be the value of "b" so the line is:

y=2x+1
