Only certain types of physical activity help to develop physical fitness. Please select the best answer from the choices provi
leva [86]

Only certain types of physical activity help to develop physical fitness. This statement is false.

Further explanation

Physical fitness is the ability to perform daily activities. Doing any physical activity is better than doing none. You can use your daily activities such as walking, cleaning up the house, washing a car and also gardening as a way to develop physical fitness. Being active helps improve your health and prevents diseases such as diabetes, overweight, heart disease, and cancer. Generally speaking, regular exercise can improve your quality of life.

It is recommended to do a moderate-exercise intensity for 150 minutes a week or a vigorous-intensity exercise for 75 minutes a week or combine them. Moderate-intensity exercise is an activity that gets you moving fast enough or strenuously enough, such as brisk walking and swimming. Vigorous-intensity exercise is an activity that you put a large effort to do it, for example, jogging or running, aerobic dance, single tennis and martial art.

Increases in daily activity can come from small changes, such as walking or cycling instead of using the car, getting off a train or bus a stop earlier and walking the rest of the way.
