Predict the outcome of toms trial. why do you think the jury will vote this way?

Due to the jury's bias against african americans, they will judge him to be guilty. Regardless of whatever evidence Atticus present to them, they won't listen. Or at least, it won't affect their final verdict. In their perspective, Tom is black; thus, he is guilty .
