Answer:   Working class people

Explanation:  During the Industrial Revolution, the working conditions were very difficult for ordinary workers. A large number of factories demanded a large number of workers, which was increasingly due to the large influx of people into urban areas. So there was a large supply of labor, and employers could pay wages as  low as they wanted, and require workers to do anything  in order to preserve their jobs. So the working hours were very long, the children also worked in the factories. Over time, workers demanded reforms to reduce working hours and increase salaries. Unions have been strengthened and have been an important factor in improving working conditions.
