It depends if it's helping you grow on the activities you want to learn. If you enjoy being there, stay there. If you were forced and don't like it, leave. A few question to ask yourself:
1) Do I feel safe?
2) Do I enjoy going there?
3) Do people respect me?
4) Am I learn?
