Buddhism is based in Buddha, and he believed that all people are equal. So this religion is all about equality, if they divide the population into classesis against their principles.

The correct option is number 3 "They practice acceptance and tolerance of all people", because they can not tell a person if he/she can get enlightenment due to the class.
