Citizens are protected by the third and fourth amendment of any arbitrariness from state forces, for example, in the third amendment, soldiers can not stay in houses in peacetime without the owner's authorization, and can only do so in times of war according to what is established by the law, in the fourth amendment the inviolability of the persons or home is guaranteed, any investigation or apprehension must be justified and ordered by a judge, any other circumstance can not be alleged in a trial.
