Devon finished first, because it took his 6.0999 seconds to race down the street. Tasha came in second, with 6.168 seconds. Liza got third place, because she finished the race in 6.188 seconds. Finally, in last place is Evan, who finished in 6.20 seconds.

I came to this by comparing place values. As you can see, I put the times in order from first to last.

6.1880 seconds
6.2000 seconds
