Simile is a figure of speech used to make a comparison and show the similarities between things, and for that, differently fromthe metaphor, it includes the words "as" or "like". In the poem, the simile appears in <em>"</em><em>as</em><em> the deer".</em>

Comparison is a literary device  that helps to remember an idea. The author of the poem repeats the word <em>"with"</em>  four times.
