The correct answer is William Howard Taft

William Howard Taft was a president between 1909 and 1913. He was defeated in the elections for his second term by Woodrow Wilson because Roosevelt split the republican party by running as an independent candidate, so many republicans supported Roosevelt which cost Taft the elections. Later in life, he became a chief justice of the supreme court.

The civil rights act of 1968 is also known as
pshichka [43]
The correct answer is Fair Housing Act. This act was called this way because it fought to end the right that land owners had to forbid people from living in their buildings based on their race. This also applied for religions and nationalities so it basically forbid landowners from discriminating against people who were not the standard Caucasian American person.

I would say a 1 because his presidency is known for a start for diplomacy with China, a slow ending of the Vietnam War, domestic acts (such as OSHA and Environmental Protection) and an era of peace with the Soviet Union (communist Russia).
