The correct answer is The Intolerable Acts were aimed at punishing Boston for the Boston Tea Party.

The Boston Tea Party was a result of the Tea Act. This Tea Act gave the British East India Company a monopoly on tea in the North American colonies. Even thought this kept the price of tea about the same, colonists hated the Tea Act because it limited their freedom to buy tea from whoever they wanted.

This is why American colonists boarded the British East India ship, in Boston Harbor, and threw overboard millions of dollars worth of tea. The Intolerable Acts were then passed by the British government in order to punish colonists for their wrongdoing.

Which minority group was negatively affected by the Supreme Court's decision on Korematsu v. United States?
mariarad [96]

The Asian Americans was the minority group that was negatively affected by the Supreme Court's decision on Korematsu v. United States.

What is the Korematsu v. United State case?

This federal case was significant because the Supreme Court of the United States uphold the exclusion of Japanese Americans from the West Coast Military Area during World War II.

Becasue the Franklin Roosevelt's Executive Order 9066 granting the U.S. military the power to ban tens of thousands of American citizens of Japanese ancestry, the supreme court gave a judgement.

Hence, the Asian Americans was the minority group that was negatively affected by the Supreme Court's decision on Korematsu v. United States.

Therefore, the Option D is correct.
