Bands are a small group today in airfare that don't have any leaders and don't go into war.
Tribes are lead to have no power, are stil egilatarian.
Chiefdoms are tribes and villages lead by one leader who holds the office and is named chief. Chief is responsible for redistributing wealth.
States are centralized political units.
