Once exhaustion sets in, stress becomes difficult to manage.

Further Explanation:

Stress occurs when a person suffers from emotional or a physical tension. An individual may be stressed when he or she may be frustrated, nervous or angry. Stress may be difficult to manage if the exhaustion sets in. There can be two basic type of stress:

1. Acute stress: It is a short term stress. It helps one to command dangerous situation or when it does some new or exciting task.

2. Chronic stress: This exists for longer period of time. A person may be surrounded by this kind of stress when they faces trouble in their work.

The body reacts to the stress by releasing certain type of hormones. This induces the brain to become more alert and may cause the muscle to tense or increase the pulse rate.

Sometimes the stress may put the health of an individual to the risk like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, anxiety or depression and skin problems like acne.

Intense stress may cause serious health problem.

Disorders like diarrhea, headache, lack of energy etc. can also be the signs of stress.

False. Stress becomes unmanageable when exhaustion sets in. Exhaustion is already equivalent to giving up. No amount of strength or force could cause an action to make an individual continue performing. Often exhaustion is associated with fickle-mindedness and clouded judgment. Stress releases chemicals within the body that cause these reactions. A person who is under a lot of stress must find the time to calm and relax the mind to enable it to return to its proper functions. Rest and sleep are the best solutions to managing stress.
