There should be a comma and a space before each item in the list. For example; "I have six apples, fourteen grapes, and six bananas." It should depend on the teacher, whether or not you have to use the comma before "and" and the next object.
An aside is a dramatic device in which a character speaks to the audience. By convention the audience is to realize that the character's speech is unheard by the other characters on stage.
