Do you think that the south suffered as a result of it's reliance on cotton? I NEED HELP ASAP!! Thanks :)))

They did. but just a little. they just suffer a little.  and this is because of the cotton. the cotton took so long. and they have problems of how long it would take, to get those cotton, and not just the taking of cotton is the problem, also the production of making the cotton into clothes. and then after this they will bring it to the cotton mill.
