Actually, 620,000 soldiers died in the civil war which is a high figure compared to other wars so it was a very bloody conflict with large casualties on both sides probably since it was about such a strong issue of abolishing slavery or defending it as the slave owners dug in their heels and refused to give up their slavery without being totally forced into it by sheer force of arms.

City where the atomic bomb was dropped
Mademuasel [1]

Answer:

City of Hiroshima

Explanation:

On August 6, 1945, during World War II (1939-45), an American B-29 bomber dropped the world’s first deployed atomic bomb over the Japanese city of Hiroshima. The explosion wiped out 90 percent of the city and immediately killed 80,000 people; tens of thousands more would later die of radiation exposure. Three days later, a second B-29 dropped another A-bomb on Nagasaki, killing an estimated 40,000 people. Japan’s Emperor Hirohito announced his country’s unconditional surrender in World War II in a radio address on August 15, citing the devastating power of “a new and most cruel bomb."

. Why do you think it is important that peace is not “forced upon the loser”?
Levart [38]

As this can make the "loser" feel bitter and want to take revenge. Just like with the Germans, and it brought a lot of bad things to people and the way they dealt with it. Peace should be a common agreement, at no time should it be forced.
