Should American society limit those who seek revolution, given the revolutionary history of this country

 It should limit or not based on the school of thought one subscribe to

 Conservative believes  that revolution does not always lead to a better life as it may also introduce alien and oppressive views in the society.

liberals may hold that revolutions serves the ends of democracy and human rights and thus leads to achievement of a people's fullest potential.

rationalists and utilitarian will tend to base their arguments on the perceived benefits of such a revolution.
