None of the five choices are able to be presented in this format, you will need to provide an image instead. However, I can aid you in finding these in a normal documents

Titles are typically the heading, or the largest and bold letters at the top of the page.

Glossary’s are typically located in the back and provide definitions to typically unknown terms throughout the document/passage.

Subtitles or subheadings are smaller text, sometimes holders as well, underneath a title or spread out in the document to give a very brief description on what will be elaborated in the following text.

Pictures are images scattered throughout the document or passage that provide visual aid for readers.

The index is yet again located at the end of back of the document and provides reader with an easy way to find certain words or phrases throughout the text based on page numbers.
