The correct answer is option, There would be fewer red and white blood cells available to flow in the person's blood, resulting in oxygen starvation and infection.

Reason -

Bone marrows are responsible for producing 200 billion new red blood cells (RBCs)  every day along with white blood cells (WBCs)  and platelets. If a bone marrow is affected , the production of RBCs, WBCs and platelets shall reduce. Also RBCs  have affirmity towards oxygen and thus they combine with oxygen to form oxyhaemoglobin and transport it to all other parts of the body Since now the RBC count has lowered, the oxygen startvation can occur in body.

Damage in the bone marrow, called as aplastic anemia leads to lower production of both red and white blood cells, causing oxysgen starvation and infection.
Platelets are also reduced.
