A rapidly aging population means there are fewer working-age people in the economy. ... An economy that cannot fill in-demand occupations faces adverse consequences, including declining productivity, higher labor costs, delayed business expansion and reduced international competitiveness. hopefully this helps.

Consistency plays an important role in the determination of strength of concrete. Less water than normal quantity in concrete increases the consistency but decreases strength due to incomplete chemical reaction while on the other hand, adding more water would increase water-cement ratio and reduces consistency as well as  strength of the concrete so that's why necessary amount of water and cement should be added to get higher strength.

This gave the youth a purposes of their lives, they were highly motivated, seeing Hitler as the savior and even as the father, so they gave their best to achieve Hitler's plans, which unfortunately ended up badly for everyone.
