This film's endless climaxes and disappointments, subtle humor, strong characters, and excellent pacing keep it focused and engaging. Rudy is a movie about perseverance and grueling hard work. Rudy is an unimpressive daydreamer, a working-class kid for whom education is a stumbling block and a hurdle that must be cleared to realize his dream to play football for Notre Dame.

For all of Rudy's rage and frustration and doubt, he has no sticky self-pity, and Jon Favreau adds the constant humorous touch as the friend who tutors Rudy in exchange for assistance with meeting girls. The strong supporting cast also includes Ned Beatty as Rudy's emotionally distant but proud father. There's much for kids to gain from this movie, not only in Rudy's unyielding determination but in the personal sacrifices his teammates are willing to make for him. More than the wildest science-fiction or fantasy story, Rudy will make you believe that anything is possible.

Choose one stanza from Maya Angelou's "Caged Bird" and paraphrase it. Include both the original stanza and your paraphrase.
ruslelena [56]
But a caged bird stands on the grave of dreams
his shadow shouts on a nightmare scream
his wings are clipped and his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing

Paraphrased:
A caged bird's dreams are dead, killed by its captivity. It is tied down and restricted and so cannot do much else. It shouts a maniacal scream (for help? in anguish?). Since it is physically limited, all it can do is use its voice to sing.

Write an essay that takes a position on whether or not schools should be responsible for educating students about their diet iss

Ok so don’t just copy and paste what I’m writing since I’m not frantically great and this isn’t in essay format but this will provide some ideas.
Yes! Kids should be educated about their diet issues. School is place for kids to learn about things that will benefit them in the future or teach them valuable skills such as time management and so on. The same should go for health. If a child is not taught to eat healthy it could have lasting consequences, our youth would grow less healthy and obesity rates would likely go up, something that should be avoided . In addition teaching about diet in health is a massive part of the health curriculum, by taking it out health classes lose a lot of there material and the teachers will suffer. And finally ( this may be a controversial reason) Kids need to learn about health and why it’s bad to fat! They need to learn that exercise will let them lead happier and healthier lives.
