The difference between the First Industrial Revolution and the Second Industrial Revolution is the business/political,and agriculture aspects. Business/political:In the first revolution jobs were very scarce for skilled craftspeople due to machines.Skilled craftspeople were the first labor unions to demand higher wages and shorter hours. But in the second revolution Labor unions became more organized as workers began to fight for equality and fairness, and  business owners began to control specific industries, such as the railroads. Agriculture: In the first revolution Improvements of technology  revolutionized agriculture and made farming a leading industry. But in the second Industrial revolution Farm production increased as new farm technology developed, Fewer farmers were needed to produce enough food for the country's population, and the U.S. economy shifted from an agricultural-based economy to an industrial-based economy.

Which of the following people lives a lifestyle most similar to the Mongols' before Ghenghis Khan?
pshichka [43]
It could be argued that "b. A shepherd who moves his herds in search of fresh pasture," would be most similar to the Mongols' before Ghenghis Khan, since many of the Mongols during this time were nomadic and pastoral.
