Create an argument FOR or AGAINST Roosevelt's approach to relieving the effects in the Great Depression (federal government invo
bulgar [2K]

Answer: The New Deal was a set of domestic policies enacted under President Franklin D. Roosevelt that dramatically expanded the federal government’s role in the economy in response to the Great Depression. Historians commonly speak of a First New Deal (1933-1934), with the “alphabet soup” of relief, recovery, and reform agencies it created, and a Second New Deal (1935-1938) that offered further legislative reforms and created the groundwork for today’s modern social welfare system. It was the massive military expenditures of World War II, not the New Deal, that eventually pulled the United States out of the Great Depression.

How were the lifestyles and religious beliefs of hebrews different from the mesopotamians?
irina1246 [14]
Answer:
There were many differences between the lifestyles and religious beliefs of Hebrews and ancient Mesopotamians that were based on monotheism for the Hebrews, and polytheism for the Mesopotamians.

Explanations:
The Hebrews believed in one God, separate from creation and nature and in full control of everything that exists. They also accepted moral and dietary laws that were given to them by prophets or mouth pieces for God, who inspired them to write what laws God wanted them to live by.

On the other hand, the Mesopotamians were polytheistic and mythical. They saw gods throughout nature and worshipped the sun, the moon, many animals and hand crafted idols. They engaged in many forms of sacrifice to appease gods that they believed could make them prosper or make them suffer.
