The answer to this question should be: 5%

The recommendation of saturated fat consumption is about 5-6% of total calorie intake. That means, for 2,000kkcal diet, there should be only 100-120 calorie from saturated fat. Fat gives about 9kkcal/grams so it should be 11-13 gram.

The recommended saturated fat percentage recommended by the American Heart Association is less than 5-6% of total calorific intake.

For a typical adult this equates to no more than 11 - 13 grams of saturated fat. For reference a McDonald's cheeseburger contains 12 grams of fat, of which 5g is saturated. Note this doesn't mean it is ok to eat 2 cheeseburgers per day!

Answer:

b. Perform a lumbar puncture to rule out the possibility of subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Explanation:

The next step is a lumbar puncture to rule out the possibility of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Once that doctor obtains the cerebrospinal fluid sample, the expert should process it and look for red blood cells to confirm the hemorrhage. Some of the symptoms that the patient presents correlate with subarachnoid hemorrhage (the sudden onset of several headaches, nausea and migraine headaches that typically occur in the right frontal area and are associated with an aura).

The right answer is A.myasthenia gravis

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease affecting mainly young women and the elderly and whose incidence tends to increase. It affects neuromuscular junctions. A fluctuating oculo-facio-bulbar paresis of variable severity is frequent. Remissions and exacerbations are typical. The disease is caused by autoantibodies to acetylcholine receptors or, more rarely, to a specific muscle kinase.

Complementary examinations aim to confirm the diagnosis and to look for associated pathologies (1/10 to a thymoma or an associated autoimmune disease).
