Explanation:  When certain current political factors and circumstances determine political and diplomatic activity, where pragmatism is the one that primarily and largely determines political decisions and actions, then it is realpolitik. Then, no matter how ideological determination of a political structure in power differs from their direct actions, these actions are nevertheless implemented, because pragmatism and the real political situation require it. The moral, ethical and ideological frameworks are largely ignored.
