Which characteristic is shared by prokaryotes and eukaryotes?

Biology

Answer:

DNA-based genome

Explanation:

Prokaryotic cells are very different from eukaryotes. Its main feature is the lack of library individualizing the cell nucleus, the absence of some organelles and the small size that is believed to be due to the fact that they do not have membranous compartments originated by evagination or invagination. These cells have a DNA-based genome, including this DNA in the form of a non-protein associated ring (as in eukaryotic cells, where DNA is arranged in spiral and histone-associated filaments).

Eukaryotic or eukaryotic cells are more complex than prokaryotes. They have individualized nuclear membrane and various types of organelles. Most of the animals and plants we are used to are endowed with these cells. In addition to the differences between these cells and prokaryotic cells, there is a similarity between these two cells which is the DNA-based genome.

k0ka [10]

Dimethyltryptamine also called Dimitri or DMT is naturally occurring hallucinogen can also be synthesized in a laboratory

Explanation:

The Dimitri is very effective hallucinogen chemical which occurs naturally in the plant’s species present in the amazon. The plant species in which it is found is Ayahuasca. It is a psychedelic tryptamine. The Dmt made in the laboratory is in white crystallised smoke form.

The synthetic name is Dimitri. The hallucinogen targets the sensory perception, sexual behaviour, hunger, sleep, intestinal muscle control, body temperature and mood. It generally increases the heart rate. Dimitri as similar chemical structure like neurotransmitter serotonin.

Plants us carbon dioxide for what
Brilliant_brown [7]
Plants use carbon dioxide to breathe basically and then that converts to photosynthesis witch gives them nutrients. And then they release oxygen which humans consume to breathe in then we release carbon dioxide and the circle goes on and on

Arrange the order of events for the internalization of LDL particles into cells:
ElenaW [278]

Answer:

The correct answer is "5-1-3-2-4".

Explanation:

Internalization of LDL particles into cells, is needed to form the intracellular vesicles known as endosomes. The order of events that allow for this process are:

5) LDL receptors migrate to the cell surface and cluster in clathrin-coated pits. Clathrin acts directing the receptors to the cell membrane region where endosomes are formed.

1) A combination of cholesterol and apolipoprotein binds to LDL receptors and becomes internalized as endocytotic vesicles. Once the receptors are in the proper cell membrane region, cholesterol and apolipoprotein are bound and internalized.

3) Several endocytotic vesicles fuse to form an endosome.

2) The environment of the endosome becomes acidic, which causes the LDL to dissociate from its receptor; additionally, the endosome fuses with a lysosome. LDL should be dissociated from its receptor since it is going to be degraded in the following step.

4) The LDL particle is degraded by the lysosome. This takes place after endocytosis, when LDL particles are transported into lysosomes once they are fused, cleaving the cholesterol esters into cholesterol and fatty acids.

Which is the SIMPLEST level of organization in a human being? A) cells B) organs C) tissues Eliminate D) organ systems
Tems11 [23]

Answer: Cell

Explanation:

The simplest organization level in all the living organisms including humans is a cell.

All human beings are made up of a cell which forms the lowest level of the organization after which the hierarachy of the organization is as follows :

cells----> tissues----->organs----> organ systems

Therefore, the simplest level of organization in human beings is a cell.
