Answer:

Visual cues weigh more than auditory in aggression behaviour.

Explanation:

We can deduce that the appearance of male bird model of M , shows maximum aggression. While on the other hand, the different species model appearance does not show same amount of aggression. This is because visual cues are important in mate competition. It can be used to draw distinction between Males form M, SA and GW.

Taking a look at the type of song experiment. Here, the song of males form M population elicits or shows absolute and maximum aggression compared to songs from GW. However, when we put together both song and model, the visual cues appear to be more important than auditory. The appearance of Model M and song of SA also elicits significant aggression. But when module is SA and song is M the aggression is less. So we can say that visual cues weigh more than auditory in aggression behaviour.

What are three facts about climate change?
Dimas [21]

Here are more the Three:

Most of the increase in global temperatures since 1950 has been caused by human activity.

The United States is the second largest contributor to carbon dioxide (CO2) in our atmosphere

As global temperatures increase, our societies will find it harder to adapt to the changes this brings, and some species are more likely to go extinct

The concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in our atmosphere, as of May 2020, is the highest it has been in human history.

NASA data show that average global temperatures in 2019 were 1.8 degrees F (0.98 degrees C) warmer than the 20th century average. In fact, the five warmest years in the 1880–2019 record have all occurred since 2015

Global warming puts coral reefs in danger as the ocean warms, scientist fear that coral reefs will not be able to adapt quickly enough to the resulting changing conditions, and bleaching incidents and diseases will increase

Define the following terms:
Tatiana [17]

Answer:

1) OSCILLATING - group of communicating modules

2) Tympanometry is a test that is used to assess the state of the middle ear and eardrum mobility

3) Orthoptics is a specialty affiliated with the eyecare profession that main focus is on strabism (wandering eye)

4) Electroretinography (ERG) is an eye test that measures retinal activity

5) Aphakia is the loss of the eye's lens due to surgical intervention

6) Cornea - front part of the eye

Explanation:

1) Oscillating - In many complex cellular processes, oscillations play a key role. They could appear as a group of communicating modules in the cell's collective dynamic behavior.

2) Tympanometry - Tympanometry is a test that is used to assess the state of the middle ear and eardrum mobility which is called tympanic membrane and conductive bones by generating changes in the ear canal's air pressure.

3) Orthoptic - Orthoptics is a specialty affiliated with the eyecare profession that main focus is on strabism (wandering eye), amblyopia (lazy eye) and eye movement disorders treatment and non-surgical management.

4) Electroretinography - Electroretinography (ERG) is an eye test that measures retinal activity (the part of the eye that detects light).

5) Aphakia - Aphakia is the loss of the eye's lens due to surgical intervention, such as a perforating wound or ulcer, or congenital defect in cataract surgery.

6 ) Cornea - The part cornea is the clear front of the eye containing the iris, pupil and anterior chamber.

In camellia plants, flower color is controlled by a single gene with codominant alleles. A camellia plants with red flowers (RR)
oee [108]
Correct answer is - C All will have pink flowers.
Why? - Codominance is a relationship between two versions of a gene. Individuals receive one version of a gene, called an allele, from each parent. In codominance, however, neither allele is recessive and the phenotypes of both alleles are expressed. Each parent = Red + White = Pink.

In what way can a vector of a zoonotic pathogen differ from a host of the pathogen?
Vlad [161]

A vector of a zoonotic pathogen differs from a host of the pathogen in that it is not affected by the pathogen.

What are vectors and pathogens?

Vectors are organisms which serve as carriers of disease-causing organisms known as pathogen. Vectors usually serve as transport or transit mechanisms by which diseases spread.

Pathogen are organisms that cause disease. A zoonotic pathogen is a pathogen that can move from non-human animals to humans.

The vector of a zoonotic pathogen differ from a host of the pathogen in that the vector is not affected by the pathogen and the vector is also non-human.
