Do you have a few options? I've taken many art and art history classes, and I've simply been told they were called tertiary colors. Review your notes, and textbook.

going to the science fiction thing cuz they already want to know that stuff so it makes since and if they where well known actors in the since world it would mean more people going up to them and in turn more people being told about it
the first photo is of a natural element, hence that its nit man-made. the shape of the first photo is more geographic then the second photo.
the second photo is of a side walk, a man-made object. the shape of the second photo is of a square, a square that was man-made, had to be put in place.
