Alliteration is when the same sound shows up at the beginning of words that are close together. The lines that contain this are:

2. Wanders and watches with eager ears,
3. Till in the silence around him he hears
4. The muster of men at the barrack door,

In my opinion, line 2 would have the most alliteration. wanders, watches and eager ears, but line 4 has alliteration also. muster/men.

What’s the value of art? Or should we even bother trying to assign it value?
N76 [4]

Answer:

We should bother, because art can define many things, such as emotions, confessions, evidence, and so much more.

What I'm trying to say is that the value of art is beyond numbers and words.
