Answer:

Here are the correct order of events that show evolution of the universe:

 1. Inflation
 2. Separation of last two fundamental forces
 3. Formation of subatomic particles
 4. Nucleosynthesis
 5. Formation of first stars

Explanation:

According to big bang theory, there were series of events carried on that lead to the formation of stars in the universe.

 • Inflation was the time when universe began to expand at extremely fast pace. The dimensions of that old universe during the fraction of a second expanded by a factor of at-least 10^26 to 10 cm. Elementary particles like quark began to expand into the thin layer of universe.
 • A strong nuclear force separated from its other two forces and the interactions between already created particles lead to the formation of more particles like Higgs bosons, W and Z etc.
 • When the universe began to cool down below 10 quadrillion degrees, neutrinos, electrons and quarks began to form. Antiquarks and quarks annihilated with each other in a process called baryogenesis, this lead to the formation of matter.
 • When the universe began to cool down below a billion degrees, the atomic nuclei begin to form when neutrons and protons combined by fusion reactions. The initially created nuclei were of simplest elements like helium, hydrogen and lithium.
 • The period between the formation of first stars and atoms is called as dark age because there were no stars at that time. The formation of stars and galaxies was made 300 - 500 million years later. When the universe was kept expanding, gas pockets and gases became more and more dense. The small gas particles were collapsed under own gravity and became so hot that fusion reactions were triggered in them. Fusion between hydrogen atoms was the reaction which lead to the formation of most primitive stars.

Answer:

Inflation: 1

Nucleosynthesis: 4

Formation of first stars: 5

Formation of subatomic particles: 3

Separation of last two fundamental forces: 2

Explanation:

In other words, from first to last: inflation, separation of last two fundamental forces, formation of subatomic particles, nucleosynthesis, formation of first stars. Got this right on Edge 2020. Have a nice day!! Ü

If the ancestral form for a particular lineage was aquatic and used gills for respiration, what changes would you expect to see
Marat540 [252]

The Respiration of Gills

Explanation:

 • A dominant part of aquatic animals like fish and prawns inhale through uncommon organs called gills.
 • The skin that help in utilizing oxygen broke up in water. which help in return of gases and Gills contain veins.
 • Amphibian life forms have a unique organ called gills, which permits them to inhale oxygen in the water.
 • The two sides of the pharynx (throat) by the Gills when the gases exchange in fish .
 • Gills are tissues that resemble short strings, protein structures called fibers.
 • These fibers have numerous capacities including the exchange of particles and water, just as the trading of oxygen, carbon dioxide, acids and alkali.

A computer is an example of technology that is used in science. For what purpose are computers used?
Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

Computer automation is used mostly by industry in factories. However, it is also useful in science. Machines can be used to run automated tests and complete simple tasks. One example of a machine used in science is the robotic arm that is used to handle radioactive samples.

(03.05 hc) the base pairs in a dna strand are held together with hydrogen bonds. if the two nitrogenous bases in each pair were
asambeis [7]

The cell would have to take in and use more energy in order to break the covalent bonds.

The correct option is B

Hydrogen bonds :

are the chemical mechanism that governs the complementarity of the bases of DNA. This correspondence is unique thanks to the geometry of the hydrogen donor atoms and the acceptors that form the bases.

The (hydrophobic) bases are stacked inside the double helix of DNA; their plane is perpendicular to the axis of the double helix. The outside (phosphate and sugar) is hydrophilic.

The hydrogen bonds between the bases of one strand and the bases of the other strand keep the 2 strands united.

One purine on one strand necessarily binds to a pyrimidine on the other strand. As a corollary, the number of purine residues is equal to the number of pyrimidine residues.

* A binds to T (by 2 hydrogen bonds).

* G binds to C (via 3 hydrogen bonds: more stable bond: 5.5 kcal vs 3.5 kcal).

What part of the DNA strand do hydrogen bonds hold together?

hydrogen. Covalent bonds occur within each linear strand and strongly bond the bases, sugars, and phosphate groups (both within each component and between components). Hydrogen bonds occur between the two strands and involve a base from one strand with a base from the second in complementary pairing.
