<span>The biggest difference is that the body paragraph should support your thesis and explain things that you wanted, while the conclusion should be like a paraphrase of the introduction, made in such a way that it incorporates results of your research explained in the body paragraphs. There is not much novelty in the end but there is in the body paragraphs.</span>
