The answer is comparable anatomies, similar development, and similar dna.

A common ancestor is an ancestral organism that two or more descendant lineages have in common. Closer the common ancestor is, more similar are descendant lineages. To compare two species, in this example dogs and wolfs, it is important to notice comparable anatomies, similar development, and similar DNA.

Dogs and wolfs really have similar development and anatomy, and thus it is expected they have similar DNA, and finally, the common ancestor.

They are characterized by presence of two dissimilar flagella in the motile life cycle stage. Their chloroplast is also surrounded by four membranes which indicates origin from symbiotic relationship. They include many classes like diatoms, golden algae and brown algae. Most cells fall within the range of 5-20 microns. What factors keep the size of the cell within these boundaries?
Tema [17]

Answer: Cytoplasm and organelles

Explanation:

Normally, a cell cannot attain a size greater than 20 microns due to the limits imposed by the size inter-relationships of its components. For example, there is a relationship between the amount of nuclear material and the size of a cell; this limits cells to a size where there is an optimal proportion of nuclear material to the rest of the cell.

Hope this helps :) and can I please get a brainly

How the process of natural selection canexplainhow evolution occurs?
harkovskaia [24]
In natural selection, there are three main things you need to know. There must be a variance in the genepool of course, or else to selection or evolution will take place. There also must be a selective force and time. Now, lets say that there is a population of many colored moths. But lets say that the brown colored moth blends in with the environment. This means that predators (selective force in this case) will have a much harder time finding these brown moths instead of easily finding some of the other colored moths (variation). This means that the brown moths will survive at a much higher rate because the are harder to find, and over time, the gene pool will narrow down to just brown moths because the rest of the moths die out due to predators and competition. This also means that this moth species has evolved over time to just become the brown colored moths only. Hope you can understand this but feel free to ask for clarification.
