Read the excerpt from "Raymond's Run." The text evidence in this excerpt best supports the idea that Squeaky Maybe she'd like to

help me coach Raymond; she obviously is serious about running, as any fool can see. And she nods to congratulate me and then she smiles. And I smile. We stand there with this big smile of respect between us. It's about as real a smile as girls can do for each other, considering we don't practice real smiling every day, you know, cause maybe we too busy being flowers or fairies or strawberries instead of something honest and worthy of respect... you know ... like being people. O is tired of running and would rather coach. O appreciates the strength of her competitor. O is proud because she won the race. O thinks people only smile a real smile when they win.

In what ways is Alex Honnold like the fictional character David?
Alexxandr [17]

Answer:

His personality matches his ascetic lifestyle; Honnold doesn't talk much and is prone to bluntness when he does speak. But though he might appear monklike, Honnold is quite the opposite. Alex has a gentle reminder: You are not in any actual danger. In an interview, Alex puts it literally. He says when you're walking down the road, you aren't afraid of being hit by a bus as you know you aren't going to fall off of the pavement. With climbing, as he's learned more moves, he feels less likely to fall off.
