Explanation: Just to elaborate a little on the answer, it can be added that in both myths there are explicit references to the modesty of their protagonists, or of their relatives. The children of the soldier in the first epic, knowing how much their absent father valued his homeland, decided to live humbly and to reject tempting offerings of food and money in exchange for their land, in spite of their struggle to make ends meet. Likewise, the prince in the second epic was forced to leave his home and renounce his comfortable life. However, he found happiness living simply and modestly in the forest, together with his wife, who also came from the royalty.
