You should tell her that what financial package would she be picking. You can compare with your own and say why you chose that one. If she looks discouraged about the price, you can tell her there are always ways to get money for college. She can do a scholarship, ask for financial assistance/support, or get a student loan with getting a job too. If she is not interested in paying a big sum of money, then tell her there are so many other colleges that want her too, for a lower cost of money. Tell her even if the college she goes to isn’t Stanford, it would still give her an education.
