Only if the one side is between the two angles. If not, then we can't say. Maybe the rest are, and maybe they're not.

Answer with explanation:

It is given that Two angles and one side in a triangle are equivalent to those in another triangle.

Let A , B and C are two angles of Triangle.And P, Q and R are three Angles of another Triangle.

A=P-----(a)

B=Q-------(b)

→A+B+C=180°-----[Using Angle sum property of triangle]----(1)

→P+Q+R=180°-----[Using Angle sum property of triangle]----(2)

From (1) and (2)

→A+B+C=P+Q+R

Using a and b

→ C=R

⇒So,third Angle of two triangles are equal to each other .

⇒Now information about other two sides is not given.But the two triangles will be similar by Angle-Angle (Abbreviated as AA) Similarity.

⇒So,if the Triangles are similar then their corresponding sides will be proportional.

So,Third side will be equal to each other and corresponding side will be Proportional to each other.

To rent a uhal truck for the day, it cost 20 dollars per day plus 1 dollar for every mile driven Write an algebraic expression t
valkas [14]

Answer:

The equation is R = 20d + m(1)

Where R is the rental amount in dollars, d is the number of days and m is the number of miles driven

R for 3 days and 1000 miles is $1,060

Step-by-step explanation:

To properly represent the algebraic expression, we need to assign some variables.

Now, let the rental amount be R, the number of miles driven be m and the number of days rented for is d

Thus, we can say that:

R = 20d+ m(1)

Where R is rental amount, m is the number of miles driven and d is the number of days for which the truck was driven.

Now we are asked to calculate rental amount for 3 days and 1000 miles.

R = 20d + m(1)

R = 20(3) + 1000(1)

R = 60 + 1000

R = $1,060

Question 1 of 40<br> If f(x) = 4x² - 6 and g(x) = x² - 4x-8, find (f- g)(x).
Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Answer:

\huge\boxed{\sf (f-g)(x) = 3x\² + 4x - 14}

Step-by-step explanation:

<h3><u>Given functions:</u></h3>
  • f(x) = 4x² - 6
  • g(x) = x² - 4x - 8
<h3><u>Solution:</u></h3>

Subtract both functions

(f-g)(x) = 4x² - 6 - (x² - 4x - 8)

(f-g)(x) = 4x² - 6 - x² + 4x - 8

Combine like terms

(f-g)(x) = 4x² - x² + 4x - 6 - 8

(f-g)(x) = 3x² + 4x - 14

nataly862011 [7]

Answer:

L=\frac{15}{16}\ yd

Step-by-step explanation:

<u><em>The correct question is</em></u>

Devon needs a wood board with an area of 5/16 square yard to complete a project. If the wood board is 1/3 yard wide, how long must the board be?

we know that

The area of a rectangle is equal to

A=LW

where

L is the length

W is the width

we have

A=\frac{5}{16}\ yd^2\\\\W=\frac{1}{3}\ yd

substitute

\frac{5}{16}=L(\frac{1}{3})

solve for L

L=\frac{5}{16}(3)

L=\frac{15}{16}\ yd
