Answer:

The Health Maintenance act of 1973 is also known as the Federal HMO Act was a federal law. It's aim was development of health maintenance organizations. The bill was signed by President Richard Nixon. The act provided grants to start a Health Maintenance Organization, and removed state restrictions for Federal HMO's. Under the act the employers with twenty-five or more than twenty-five employees had t provide certified HMO options. Individual HMO's were provided an endorsement from the federal government. One drawback of the act was that it was delayed in implementation.

How did the voting public react to Andrew Jackson vetoing the renewal of the second national bank charter
just olya [345]

President Andrew Jackson opposed giving the bank a new charter because he saw the Second National Bank as an elitist institution whose first priority was to gain profit and not public service.

The voting public reaction to Jackson's vetoing the renewal of the Second National Bank Charter was positive even though he lost a lot of voters from the wealthy class he gained votes from the working class like farmers and laborers. He won the re-election in November 1832 although it was a tight contest.
