I believe the answer is: C. British Tax

Basically every cartoon made in 1760 was made as a blow back for british policies that require the colonists to pay more taxes for every products that they sold. This lead to the Colonial resistance in 1773, when Massachusetts colonists dumped British tea into Boston Harbor because they felt suffocated by British' tax regulation.
