MacArthur was insubordinate with President Harry S Truman, who as president is commander in chief of all the armed forces. MacArthur wanted to expand the war in Korea after the Chinese entered the war, and he made comments to this effect after he had been told not to.

The biggest reason is probably we can even travel to Mars. Mars is only one planet away from us. the distance is to far for fuel and time. we would need to go much faster and a lot less fuel just to get to Mars.
