Answer:

The correct answer is the option:

A. One allele for fur color and one allele for fur length is passed to the offspring from each parent

Explanation:

Hello!

Let's solve this!

The correct answer is the option:

A. One allele for fur color and one allele for fur length is passed to the offspring from each parent

Each parent transmits one allele for the color and another allele for the length. When the two alleles of color (one of each parent) and the two alleles for the length (one of each parent) are joined, we will see only the dominant allele expressed. Then in the phenotype we will see expressed the dominant allele for the color and the dominant allele for the length.

A. One allele for fur color and one allele for fur length is passed to the offspring from each parent

The dominate allele will then show up, while the recessive allele will just stay there until the next offspring arrives, before transferring to them

What are the different types of connective tissue? where in the body could each be found?
GrogVix [38]
The different types of the Connective tissue are the Cartilage, Bone Tissue, White Adipose Tissue, Fascia, Fibrocartilage, Hyaline Cartilage, Elastic Cartilage, Costal Cartilage, Brown Adipose Tissue, and Adventitia....

Cartilage- Found in the Joints between bones, the elbow, your knees and ankles, the vertebrae, and on the end of ribs

Bone Tissue- Bone Tissue is found in small blood vessels, epithelium, and the nerves.

White Adipose Tissue- Is located beneath the skin, around internal organs, in bone marrow, and the breast tissue

Fascia-This is the dense fibrous connective tissue that interpenetrates and surrounds the muscles, bones, nerves and blood vessels of the body. This suspends the organs within their cavities and wraps them in layers of connective tissue membranes.

Fibrocartilage- Found in the public symphysis, the anulus fibrosis of intervertebral discs.

Hyaline Cartilage- Found in the Bronchi, bronchial tubes, costal cartilages, larynx, nose, and the trachea.

Elastic Cartilage- Found in the Epiglottis, and the Pinnae.

Costal Cartilage- Found at the anterior ends of the ribs.

Brown Adipose Tissue- Found in Neonates, brown fat makes up about 5% of the body mass and is located on the back, along the upper half of the spine and toward the shoulders.

Adventitia- Is found in the Connective System and in the nerves.....

I hope this helps with this question you asked!!! It states the different types of the connective tissue and where they can be found!!!! Have a great day!!!

Rna in cells differs from dna in that ___________________. select one:
irinina [24]
Hello!

RNA in cells differs from DNA in that it is single-stranded and can fold up into a variety of structures.

RNA is the abbreviation for RiboNucleic Acid. It is a biological molecule that fulfills an important role by copying the information stored in the DNA (DeoxyriboNucleic Acid) and transporting it to the different proteins by folding into different shapes. Its name come from a Ribose molecule that is present in this single-stranded molecule.

Viruses don't have DNA, only RNA. They only replicate in the host's cells by copying their own RNA information.

Have a nice day!

The binding of a compound to an enzyme is observed to slow down or stop the rate of the reaction catalyzed by the enzyme. Increa
Setler79 [48]

Answer:

The correct answer is A the compound is a competitive inhibitor

Explanation:

Competitive inhibitor competes with the substrate to bind to the active site of the target enzyme and after binding to the active site the inhibitor slow down or stop the reaction catalyzed by that enzyme.

Competitive inhibitor basically effects the Km value of the enzyme thus decreasing the activity of the later.

Increasing the substrate concentration displace the inhibitor from the enzyme"s active site thus reducing the inhibitory effects of the later thus increasing the activity of the enzyme.

vovikov84 [41]

Answer:

The correct answer is - texture gradient.

Explanation:

The texture gradient is a depth cue that is a distortion in comparison of size in objects that are farther or closer. In this cue, it looks denser as u move away from the object.

It is dependent on the sense of the depth perception as Wendell can easily tell that trees on the mountain are far from him as he only sees a dense green patch instead of trees individual trees and space in between in them.

Thus, the correct answer is option - texture gradient.
